Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

All of our parcels are given a tracking number which is sent to you in your ‘Shipping Confirmation Email’. Please check the email for details of your parcel and how to track it. if you do not have a Shipping Confirmation Email, please email us at customerservice@bananashoes.com

We occasionally offer discount and voucher codes to celebrate a special event or as part of our sales. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep an eye out for chances to grab a discount!

We aim to dispatch your Pleaser Shoes order as quickly as possible. We operate from a warehouse based in Peterborough, which handles our Pleaser Shoes mail dispatch. If your chosen Pleasers order is in stock at our warehouse here in the UK, we will dispatch it to you within 24 hours.

The Pleaser factory produces a vast inventory of Sexy Shoes and Alternative Footwear. As such, we cannot hold every style in every colour and every size at our UK warehouse. However, we do receive regular deliveries from the Pleaser Factory in California. Unless otherwise specified, all of our Pleaser and Fabulicious Shoes are dispatched to customers within 6 working days.

Our online system is linked to our UK warehouse in Peterborough and the Pleaser Shoes factory in LA.

Delivery costs are quoted at the checkout.

When purchasing on our website, if the shoe size you have selected is the colour green, this means it is Next Day Delivery. If unsure please contact customer service.

Anything purchased through eBay is sent out Next Day Delivery.

To be notified when an item is back in stock you can select to notify for emails when stock comes back in stock on our website.

We offer Klarna & Clearpay for payment plans if required these are displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately we don’t accept any payments over the phone or by cash or cheque at the moment. We only accept payments via our website. If you have any problems with this, please email us at customerservice@bananashoes.com

Returns & Exchanges

A processing fee of £3.99 is applied to cash refunds. To avoid this fee, you can opt for store credit, which is issued for the full amount.

No, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item for store credit, which can then be used to purchase a different item.

We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the items back to us. Please ensure all returns are sent to us by signed and tracked delivery methods. If it has been longer than 7 days and you have not received your refund, please email us at customerservice@bananashoes.com

Product Sizing

We list all of our available stock on the website. If you want to double check whether we might have a pair in stock but not showing online, please email us at customerservice@bananashoes.com.

If your size is out of stock you can sign up for stock updates on the product page using the notify me when i stock button.

All of our products have a sizing guide on the page where you can see cm option please measure your foot from heel to toe to match the sizing required.
